RETAL Baltic Films

The RETAL Baltic Films production plant was established in 2004 in Lithuania. Located at the Klaipeda Free Economic Zone, what started as greenfield investment has since gained significant experience in plastic converting processes.

Our company produces two major product groups: rigid APET sheet for food and non-food packaging, and HDPE closures for beverage bottles. Recently, a new production program was introduced to our films division – flexible laminated packaging with flexoprint (8 colors), which will allow us to serve our customers a perfectly compatible packaging solution, tested in our state-of-the-art laboratory. We maintain a constant improvement and development of established business processes, which leads to successful constant growth of rigid APET sheet production volumes and market share.

Long term partnership with our customers helps us to excel in everything we do. Today we are proud to have the film production, printing and testing of the complete packaging solution for our partners under one roof in Klaipeda. We employ 220 people, with an annual turnover in 2021 of EUR 57 million, with annual production volumes of 30.000t.
